3 bedroom rental rates - $950

• Minimum Credit Scores Apply
• Minimum Security Deposit $500 *(On Approved Credit)
• A reservation deposit of $ 100 will be required to hold a unit and will be applied towards Security Deposit upon move-in.
• A $25 application processing fee for each adult applicant will be required
• Identification required
