Affordable housing is for individuals in all industries and positions to have the ability to find attainable housing. Please review the application checklist below prior to submitting an application.

ARE YOU A QUALIFIED APPLICANT?

Any applicant or household living in one of these apartment homes can earn up to the following annual incomes. Please use the below guidelines to identify homes that best fit your approved income limit.

Additional Requirements and Information

Income:

  • For LIHTC units, your total household income must fall within the 40–60% AMI range (approx. $43k–$61k for a 1–4 person household).
  • Or use a Section 8 voucher.
  • For market-rate units: at least 2.5x monthly rent.
  • Application:

  • $50 fee per adult Application.
  • $100 fee Administration.
  • Identity verification and income proof.
  • Rental and credit background checks.
  • Guarantor (if applicable):

  • Gross income ≥ 5× rent.
  • Strong credit (≥ 75%–675 score).
  • Employment/rental history.
  • Other Conditions:

  • Maximum 2 people per bedroom, plus infants under 2.
  • Pet policy allows up to 2 pets, ≤ 100 lbs each.
